Production Lead Times (from proof approval if applicable - effective 12/1/2013):

Alumalite Classic and Zero:Standard Duraprint units: 7 business days / Fabric units: 10 business days (Customization requests may require additional time. Please call for more info.)

Alumalite Lineare:15 days

Alumalite Kiosks:10 days

Fabric Panel Systems: 10-15 days

Laminate Panel Systems: 3-4 weeks

Economy / Premium Fabric Pop-ups & Tower Packages:Next day Quickship colors - coal, silver and imperial. All other colors: 5-7 days

Graphic Pop-Up Systems:4 days

Ultraform Counters:5 days

Toppers:5 days

Bannerstands:4 days (SoFlat)

Pop-Up Express: 10 days (dye-sub fabric)

Graphics Rush Charges:
DURAPRINT AND PHOTO FILM POP-UPS, SOFLAT BANNERSTANDS, ALUMALITE DURAPRINT (graphics only). Normal lead time for pop-ups, bannerstands and Alumalite graphics (with the exception of dye-sub fabric) is FOUR DAYS from Proof Approval. Your order will automatically be re-dated to reflect this. Should you wish to expedite production, you may elect to do so for the following up charges:

PRODUCTION TIME/RUSH FEE:
Rush fees on certain products (pop-ups and bannerstands) may be selected on abexonline.

For DYE-SUB FABRIC (POP-UP EXPRESS, ALUMALITE, FABRIC BANNERSTANDS):
Normal lead time for dye-sub fabric (pop-ups, bannerstands and Alumalite graphics) is TEN DAYS from proof approval. Your order will automatically be re-dated to reflect this. Should you wish to expedite production, you may elect to do so for the following up charges:

PRODUCTION TIME/RUSH FREE 10 DAYS:
RUSH IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ZIPPA DISPLAYS AND ZIPPA HANGING SIGNS. MINIMUM PRODUCTION LEAD TIME IS 10 WORKING DAYS.

Volume Quantity Orders:
The above lead times are for single quantities only. Please contact your sales or customer service representative for volume quantity lead times.

Art Set-Up:
We do not charge art set up fees. Submitted artwork should meet our art set up guidelines which can be found here.

One free e-proof is included; strike off on material to be used for color checking may be ordered for an additional $60.00 which includes FedEx overnight.

Production lead times begin with e-proof or strike-off approval. Should your artwork require modification, we will apprise you of this when you receive your proof. You may either correct your files and re-upload, or we can make the corrections for you. With your e-proof you will receive an estimate of charges for us to correct your files if required. The charge for this service is $75/hour billed in half-hour increments. The minimum fee is ($37.50).

After correcting your files, an additional e-proof is recommended; the charge for this is $30.00. We will bill the approved charge for correcting your files and the additional e-proof to the payment method we have on file for your order. We strongly recommend an additional e-proof. You may waive this, but in that case we cannot assume responsibility for the reproduction of your graphics.
